Job summary

Lerner Solutions is seeking an IT Logistics Assistant to support day-to-day movement and coordination of hardware for our technical teams and clients. This hands-on role focuses on keeping equipment ordered, received, organized, and ready for deployment.

You'll work with procurement and operations to track orders, prep shipments, and maintain accurate inventory. No prior logistics experience required, we will train the right candidate; strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Comfortable in a warehouse or operations setting.
• Basic computer skills (Google Sheets or Excel a plus).
• Good communicator and problem solver.
• Open to learning new tools, systems, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Help place hardware and equipment orders with approved vendors.
• Track orders, shipments, and delivery timelines.
• Receive and unpack incoming hardware.
• Organize and maintain equipment inventory.
• Prep and package equipment for client shipments.
• Coordinate outgoing shipments as needed.
• Keep purchasing and inventory records tidy and up to date.
• Follow up with vendors on order status and shipment updates.
• Support the Procurement Manager with daily logistics and hardware coordination.
