You will receive hardware, coordinate repairs with manufacturers, manage storage and shipping logistics, stage equipment for remote engineers, and create or update process documents. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage hardware.
• Work with manufacturers to schedule any remote or onsite repairs.
• Organize the physical storage and digital inventory catalogue.
• Manage shipping logistics to pack and ship hardware to client sites and receive returns.
• Stage equipment in lab for remote engineers to configure.
• Create and update process documentations.
