Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end hardware logistics across US sites, including receiving, inventory control, and tracking against SLAs.

You will coordinate movement from loading dock to labs, pack and label shipments, maintain shipping records and documentation, while adhering to ESD guidelines. Strong inventory management and hands-on check-in/check-out experience are required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in inventory management required.
• Hands-on experience with equipment check-in and check-out.
• Proficiency with ESD guidelines when handling hardware.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end Logistics Management
• Maintain hardware inventory in storage locations
• Track upcoming hardware information from customers and monitor hardware status
• Communicate hardware receipt and status updates within SLAs
• Escalate and communicate variances or issues within SLAs
• Move hardware from loading dock to lab locations; unpack, inventory, and store
• Pack hardware and generate shipping labels for domestic and international shipments
• Coordinate outbound shipments to carrier facilities for delivery
• Maintain shipping records and provide updates on received/shipped hardware
• Create shipping documentation, obtain approvals, notify stakeholders, and track deliveries
• Strong experience in Inventory Management is required
• Hands-on experience with equipment check-in and check-out
• Proficient in following ESD guidelines while handling hardware
