Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in IT operations, IT support, asset management, IT logistics, or a related field.
• Experience managing the lifecycle of IT equipment and asset records.
• Experience with hardware procurement, inventory management, and equipment deployment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate IT asset records across the full lifecycle.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of IT hardware.
• Prepare equipment for onboarding and existing employees; support onboarding/offboarding from a device perspective.
• Manage shipping, receiving, storage, and movement of IT equipment.
• Coordinate equipment repairs, warranties, and returns; support device refresh programs.
• Develop and improve IT operational processes and asset-management standards.
