Job summary

John Deere seeks a Tech Commercial Lead to define and execute cross-functional commercial plans for platform technologies across multiple steps and regions (Moline, IL; Johnston, IA; Olathe, KS; Chicago, IL). You will align teams to translate customer problems into measurable adoption, value, and revenue outcomes.

You will build data-driven playbooks, develop bottom-up growth plans, monitor performance against targets, and drive intervention strategies to accelerate plans.

Qualifications

• Ability to build bottoms-up GTM plans using segments or cohorts.

Responsibilities
