Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager of Executive Recruiting for Tech to act as a strategic partner and full-lifecycle advisor to technology leaders. You will architect holistic executive hiring strategies and lead high-stakes searches from inception to onboarding.

You will collaborate with HRBPs, Compensation, Chiefs of Staff, and Legal to deliver a world-class candidate and client experience, guiding VP-to-EVP searches with market intelligence and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience required.
• At least 5 years of recruiting or research experience in global in-house recruiting, executive search firm, or multinational company.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the tech executive search lifecycle (VP to EVP) from strategy to onboarding.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior business leaders, guiding hiring strategies.
• Partner with Executive Research & Intelligence team to translate talent mappings into strategies.
• Use data and storytelling to build compelling narratives for the hiring path forward.
• Build cross-functional alignment with HRBPs, Compensation, CoS, and Legal during offer negotiations.
