Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the tech executive search lifecycle (VP to EVP) from strategy kickoff to onboarding.
• Advise senior leaders on hiring strategies using market realities and tech talent trends.
• Partner with Executive Research & Market Intelligence to translate data into actionable recruiting plans.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Compensation, CoS, Legal, and Risk to align stakeholders and close complex offers.
