Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and executives to understand talent needs and develop hiring strategies.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, marketing Capital One’s brand, screening, advising partners and negotiating offers.
• Candidate management from identification to offer extension and closing.
• Work cross-functionally with recruiters to foster a culture of inclusion.
• Use recruiting data to provide updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners.
• Source top talent through diverse channels and innovative techniques.
