Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Executive Recruiting to lead the end-to-end executive search process. You will partner with senior leaders across Product Management, Tech, Design and Risk to attract top VP+ talent and drive strategic hiring that supports the enterprise.

You will manage candidate cultivation, offer negotiations, and onboarding while leveraging data analytics and market intelligence to shape sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting or research experience at a global in-house recruiting team, executive search firm, or a multinational organization.
• Ability to influence executive leadership and manage complex stakeholder expectations.
• Experience advising on strategy for senior-level hires in technology, product, design, or risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the executive search lifecycle: strategy, sourcing, candidate cultivation, client management, offer negotiations and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing strategies and drive proactive market research.
• Integrate data, internal data, and market intelligence to drive business decisions.
• Educate and influence stakeholders and interviewers to deliver a consistent recruiting process.
