Capital One is hiring a Senior Manager, Executive Recruiting - Tech to lead the full lifecycle of tech executive searches (VP through EVP) within its premier in-house team. You will partner with HRBPs, Compensation, and Chiefs of Staff to design holistic hiring strategies and deliver a world-class candidate and client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience.
• At least 5 years of recruiting or research experience in a global, in-house recruiting team, executive search firm, or a multinational organization.
