Job summary

Nourish in New York, NY seeks an Executive Operations Manager, Tech to partner with the CTO and EPDA leaders, providing trusted operational support across Engineering, Product, Design, Analytics, and Finance.

This in-office role focuses on calendaring, meeting prep, travel coordination, governance on OKRs, vendor management, and applying AI tools to streamline processes while safeguarding privacy and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in executive operations or high-trust role in tech
• Directly supported multiple VP/C-level leaders
• Experience across Engineering, Product, Design, Analytics, and Business
• Managed budgets or vendor spend and procurement activities
• Clear written and verbal communication with strong judgement

Responsibilities

• Provide calendar, meeting, travel, and prep support to EPDA leaders and CTO
• Prepare briefs, agendas, presentations, and decision materials
• Lead and improve EPDA operating cadences and OKR reporting
• Oversee technology vendor spend, renewals, budgeting, and contracts with Finance and Legal
• Project-manage security, privacy, compliance, and audit-readiness initiatives
• Coordinate offsites, leadership sessions, and employer-brand activities
• Build relationships across Engineering, Product, Design, Analytics, People, Finance, Legal, Security, IT
• Leverage AI and automation to reduce repetitive work and improve reporting
