Qualifications

• 5+ years of Executive Operations experience at fast-growing companies, ideally with technical teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to stay calm under pressure.
• Effective communicator capable of conveying leadership priorities in writing, verbally, or in group settings.
• Experience planning events for large teams and multi-day offsites.
• Emotional intelligence with ability to build relationships and add warmth at all levels.
• Discretion: maintain confidentiality on sensitive business matters.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering and Product leaders on day-to-day operations for a high-velocity organization.
• Manage and optimize the operating calendar to align with business objectives.
• Attend, organize, and track meeting notes and action items to keep meetings productive.
• Plan complex travel: flights, hotels, transportation, and related details with precision.
• Oversee expense reports for the executives you support.
• Create engaging team experiences and celebrate milestones to strengthen culture.
