Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in executive operations or high‑trust role in a tech company.
• Directly supported multiple VP or C‑level leaders across functions.
• Experience with budgeting, procurement, or vendor management.
• Ability to manage complex calendars and travel with independent judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clear briefs and updates.

Responsibilities

• Provide calendar, travel, prep, and admin support to department heads and CTO.
• Prepare agendas, briefs, presentations, and decision materials; track commitments.
• Lead operating cadences: leadership meetings, planning, OKR reporting, all‑hands prep.
• Manage tech vendor spend, renewals, budgeting, and contract negotiations with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑cutting initiatives: security, privacy, compliance, and audits.
• Plan EPDA offsites and events to strengthen team and employer branding.
• Build relationships across Engineering, Product, Design, Analytics, People, Finance, Legal, and IT.
• Leverage AI and automation to reduce repetitive work while preserving privacy and quality.
