Nourish, Inc. in New York is seeking an Executive Operations Manager, Tech, to report to our VP Engineering and partner with CTO and department heads across Engineering, Product, Design, and Analytics.

You will allocate time strategically and build lightweight systems to keep leadership aligned. This hands-on role balances strategic and operational work: calendar management, briefs, vendor negotiations, budgeting, and ensuring security/privacy readiness while driving cross-functional

Qualifications

• 5+ years in executive operations or similar high-trust roles in tech.
• Directly supported multiple VP- or C-level leaders across functions.
• Experience across technical/product teams and influencing decisions.
• Managed budgets, vendor spend, procurement, and contracts.
• Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing calendar, meeting, travel, prep, and administrative support to department heads; shield CTO and VP Engineering time.
• Prepare agendas, briefs, presentations, and track commitments through completion.
• Lead EPDA operating cadences: leadership meetings, planning, OKR reporting, all-hands prep, AI-use communications.
• Manage technology vendor spend, utilization, renewals, budgeting, and contract negotiations.
• Project-manage cross-cutting initiatives: security, privacy, compliance, audits.
• Coordinate EPDA offsites, leadership sessions, and employer-brand events.
• Build relationships across Engineering, Product, Design, Analytics, People, Finance, Legal, Security, IT.
• Leverage AI and productivity tools to reduce repetitive work while protecting privacy and quality.
