Manager of Tech Operations Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of seamless operational workflows that support creator onboarding, campaign delivery, payments, and reporting processes.
• Design and implement systems that increase operational velocity.
• Oversee payment systems, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and optimization of payout processes.
• Develop dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and utilize data to drive continuous process improvements.
• Coordinate and manage logistics for virtual and in-person events to ensure high-impact experiences that foster engagement and retention.

Manager of Tech Operations Qualifications:

• 4–7+ years of experience in operations, business operations, or marketplace environments, ideally within startup or fintech sectors.
• Proven track record in building and scaling operational processes from the ground up.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and influence decision-making.
• Proficient in Asana, highly organized, and excellent presentation abilities suited for executive-level communication.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, partnerships, and go-to-market teams; creator economy or marketplace experience is a plus.
