Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience combining strategy work with startup execution
• Built and/or scaled operating systems that improved execution
• First-principles thinker who thrives in ambiguity and drives operational change
• Highly analytical and data-driven, comfortable with financial models and metrics
• Strong cross-functional partnership and communication across executives, clinicians, operators, product, and technical teams
• Experience partnering with Strategy Finance and executive team on planning, board materials, fundraising, and resource allocation

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Nourish’s operating system: design and run company-wide systems and processes (OKRs, reviews, All Hands, cadence, strategic communications)
• Translate company vision and strategy into executable plans with Head of Corporate Strategy and CEO
• Lead centralized surge resourcing and manage a team of exceptional generalist operators
• Partner with leaders across the business to solve complex problems and drive alignment
• Collaborate with the executive team on strategic planning, fundraising, and capital allocation decisions
• Help scale the Corporate Strategy team and operating model for broader impact across the business
