Job summary

SP+ is hiring a Mobility Specialist Driver in Denver to serve as the face of our technology-driven parking experience. You will assist customers, enroll them in Metropolis parking technology, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering courteous service.

The role requires stamina and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth as the platform expands across facilities.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a manual transmission is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Prior parking industry experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service orientation and willingness to go above and beyond.
• Comfortable using mobile devices and technology (iPad, iPhone, Android).
• Ability to communicate effectively in spoken English with customers and team members.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in parking lots and garages, providing professional service.
• Educate customers on Metropolis parking technology and assist with enrollment as needed.
• Promote positive customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns confidently and courteously.
• Patrol assigned areas to identify vehicles with improper payment or authorization.
• Issue parking violations per company policies and document them with mobile devices.
• Maintain cleanliness of lots, garages, and common areas; report hazards promptly.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks as needed.
• Work independently and as part of a team; observe all safety protocols.
