SP+ Corporation, a Metropolis company, seeks a Mobility Specialist Driver to support checkout‑free parking experiences across our North American network. You will greet guests, educate on Metropolis technology, and uphold safety and service standards in a fast‑paced, outdoor working environment.

Responsibilities include patrolling lots, issuing violations, documenting incidents, and performing basic vehicle maintenance. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely drive a manual transmission is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in parking lots and garages, providing professional service.
• Educate customers on Metropolis parking technology and assist with enrollment.
• Promote positive customer relationships by delivering excellent service.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns confidently.
• Patrol parking areas to identify improper payments or authorization.
• Issue parking violations per policy.
• Document violations using mobile devices with photo evidence.
• Maintain cleanliness of lots, garages, and common areas.
• Identify and report hazards or maintenance issues promptly.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks as needed.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Follow all safety protocols.
