Job summary

Veev, a Lennar subsidiary, seeks a New Home Consultant in California to guide homebuyers from engagement to closing. Travel to homes under construction, set appointments, manage relationships, and leverage Veev’s factory-built homes to showcase technology and quality.

You will generate and close sales through self-generated or referred leads, maintain communications records, and collaborate with partners to ensure smooth transactions. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Active California real estate license required.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or related fields.
• Comfortable working weekends.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and transaction management systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential homebuyers, build relationships, and determine their home buying needs.
• Tour and demonstrate homes under construction to ensure timely sale and closing.
• Leverage factory model homes to demonstrate Veev’s technology and build quality.
• Generate, process, and close home sales through self-generated or referred leads.
• Provide consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact through closing and post-closing activities.
