Job summary

Lennar is seeking a New Home Consultant to guide buyers from initial engagement through closing. The role requires proactive sales, CRM use, and strong housing market knowledge to ensure a seamless experience for buyers.

You will travel to communities, maintain models, and build relationships with Realtors and referrals while driving sales growth. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree and real estate license preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors and determine home buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy.
• Generate, process, and close home sales from leads and referrals.
• Maintain Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes; communicate maintenance needs.
• Travel locally to generate leads from Realtors/Co-Brokers, referrals, and self-prospecting.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions and high customer satisfaction.
