BOXABL is seeking an ambitious Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process for hourly and salaried positions across a fast-paced modular manufacturing organization. This role partners with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trades.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS platforms; Paycom experience a plus.
• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, skilled trades, technical, professional, and corporate positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategies.
• Create compelling job postings and advertise across multiple platforms.
• Source passive and active candidates via job boards, networking, and events.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Prepare offers in line with company guidelines and maintain candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate ATS records.
