Top Echelon LLC is seeking a Recruiter to support internal hiring across our manufacturing partner network. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance, partnering with hiring managers to identify qualified talent.

We are seeking aRecruiter to support internal hiring needs across our partners' manufacturing organization. This position is responsible for managing the recruiting process from candidate sourcing through offer acceptance while partnering closely with hiring managers to identify and attract qualified talent.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and experienced recruiting for a variety of positions. Experience recruiting within manufacturing, machining, engineering, or other industrial environments is strongly preferred.
Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions across the organization
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and hiring priorities
Source qualified candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels
Review resumes and applications and conduct initial candidate interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Prepare and extend employment offers in partnership with hiring managers and Human Resources
Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity
Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for frequently hired positions
Assist with job postings and ensure openings are accurately represented across recruiting channels
Track recruiting activity and provide updates on open positions and candidate pipelines
Support recruiting initiatives, career fairs, community partnerships, and other talent acquisition activities as needed
Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws and company policies
Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience required
Experience recruiting within manufacturing, machining, engineering, skilled trades, or industrial environments preferred
Experience sourcing both active and passive candidates
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
Ability to work independently and prioritize changing hiring needs
Comfortable recruiting for a combination of hourly, skilled-trade, technical, professional, and leadership positions
Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices preferred
Recruiting needs may include positions within production, CNC machining, skilled trades, maintenance, quality, engineering, operations, administration, sales, and leadership, depending on business needs
