Job summary

NetBox Labs is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support accelerated hiring across our engineering organization. This 6-month, full-time engagement (~40 hours/week) reports to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and manages a portfolio of engineering roles from day one, with some flexibility to support other teams as priorities shift.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle tech recruiting experience.
• 2+ years in a fast-paced startup (≤400 employees).
• Proven track record sourcing and closing technical talent (Python, Go).
• Able to ramp quickly with minimal onboarding.
• Experience using Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, and other boards.
• Strong verbal and written communication; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of product and engineer reqs end to end.
• Source and engage passive candidates to build pipelines quickly.
• Run intake with engineering hiring managers and lock scorecards.
• Coordinate interview loops and drive timely hiring decisions.
• Hold offers inside approved comp bands; partner with Finance on exceptions.
• Report on pipeline health and progress against hiring goals.
