Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Applies TA tools and strategies to build a network to identify and hire qualified candidates.
• Sourcing, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, transfer, and disposition in compliance with policies.
• Collaborates with hiring managers and stakeholders to define job specs and requirements.
