Job summary

Clark Resources in Minnesota is seeking a Recruiter to manage the hiring process from outreach through offer acceptance. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and keep the process moving end-to-end.

You will source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and direct outreach; screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Recruiting experience in a fast paced setting.
• Experience managing multiple searches and sourcing candidates proactively.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work closely with hiring managers and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Manufacturing recruiting experience is a plus.
