Job summary

BOXABL, located in Las Vegas, NV, seeks a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles across our fast-paced modular manufacturing organization. You will partner with hiring managers, craft compelling postings, source candidates, and coordinate interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, construction or skilled trades.
• Experience using ATS/HRIS platforms.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, skilled trades, tech, and corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and recruiting strategies.
• Create job postings and advertise on multiple platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and extend offers per policy.
• Maintain ATS records and recruiting metrics.
• Support onboarding and employer branding initiatives.
