Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• Prior hospitality or customer service experience.
• Passion for games and technology.
• High standards of guest service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Friendly and upbeat demeanor with guests and teammates.
• Safety and task requirements communicated clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome on the courses.
• Check in reservations and guide guests through the course.
• Explain game rules and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain course equipment in good working order.
• Troubleshoot small issues and escalate to management.
• Keep pace with guest visits and ensure safety guidelines.
• Follow policies and perform opening/closing duties.
• Assist with side-work as needed.
