Job summary

Puttshack USA is seeking friendly Game Ambassadors to greet guests, check in reservations, and guide players through our tech-infused mini-golf experience. You will explain game rules, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain a high-energy, welcoming atmosphere across our venues.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with hospitality or customer service experience, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for games and technology. This role offers flexible, venue-based schedules with travel not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Passion for games and technology.
• Strong guest service standards and communication skills.
• Friendly, upbeat demeanor with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome on the courses.
• Check in reservations and guide guests through the game.
• Explain the rules of the game and troubleshoot issues on the course.
• Maintain course equipment and ensure safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and side work as needed.
