Job summary

Fairstead is seeking a strong Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, on-site compliance, and the property’s overall performance.

The role requires 3+ years of management experience, COS/CPO certification, and affordable housing program knowledge. Proficiency with Yardi or RealPage is preferred, and a Bachelor's degree is advantageous. This position manages on-site teams and coordinates regulatory reporting in a dynamic residential setting.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of management experience including supervising a team.
• COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist) or CPO (Certified Professional of Occupancy) certification.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• EIV experience.
• Yardi and RealPage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to leasing-related laws and HUD guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with HUD 4350.3 Handbook and related regulations.
• Coordinate inspections, certifications, and regulatory reporting.
• Oversee rent collection, delinquencies, and evictions as needed.
• Monitor budgets, prepare reports, and manage property operations.
