Job summary

Wales & West Housing invites applications for a Delivery Officer to drive the rollout and ongoing operation of technology products across Wales. You will coordinate planning, testing, implementation and user adoption with the Technology and Data team, engaging staff, suppliers and technical colleagues to ensure changes are practical and well adopted.

You will organize testing, support service readiness, provide documentation and handover to operations, and contribute to a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting the delivery, implementation or ongoing operation of technology products, systems or business processes.
• Organised and able to manage several activities at once and take ownership through to completion.
• Structured approach to testing and problem solving with clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of new products and changes, tracking activities and escalating issues to meet agreed outcomes.
• Support planning, maintain progress information and ensure actions are completed or escalated appropriately.
• Maintain testing, delivery and support documentation in line with governance, compliance and quality standards.
• Organise and carry out technical and user acceptance testing, ensuring issues are identified and addressed before changes are introduced.
• Provide second- and third-line support for approved products and services, investigating issues with suppliers and internal teams.
• Develop delivery capability through coaching, mentoring and knowledge sharing within the team.
