Job summary

Mungo Homes seeks a Director of Technology Experience and Change Management to lead the people side of digital transformation. You will drive adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot, SharePoint, Power Platform, and core systems, while shaping training and change programs that boost engagement and productivity across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college.
• Minimum five years leading technology adoption, digital transformation, or change initiatives.
• Experience building training programs and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise technology adoption strategy.
• Lead organizational change for major technology initiatives.
• Champion exceptional employee technology experience across departments.
• Measure adoption, user satisfaction, ROI, and productivity improvements.
