Job summary

Trainz is seeking a Technical Product & Delivery Lead to guide the business-facing product, analysis, delivery, and quality functions for our custom software portfolio. This hands-on, multidisciplinary role requires coordinating with the CTO, Lead Software Engineer, and business leaders to define outcomes, prioritise needs, and ensure successful delivery and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.
• 7+ years in technical product ownership, business analysis, or delivery.
• Experience leading complex ERP, e-commerce, or warehouse software.
• Experience with offshore teams and retail/e-commerce is a plus.
• Ability to supervise a small team and coordinate cross-departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a hands-on, multidisciplinary generalist role across product planning, business analysis, delivery, testing, release support, and problem investigation.
• Coordinate discovery through requirements, development, testing, release, adoption, and post-release review.
• Serve as primary business-facing partner to engineering throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Manage product catalog, discovery oversight, and data-analysis-driven decisions.
• Ensure high-quality releases with risk-based test plans and stakeholder communication.
