Job summary

Computacenter AG & Co. oHG is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead service and change delivery across accounts, driving governance, performance, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team, manage matrix employees, and ensure delivery excellence while aligning with the contract and account strategy.

The role requires IT service management expertise, ITIL background, and strong communication across borders. A Bachelor’s degree and SAP/MS Office/MS Teams knowledge are expected.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field (or equivalent).
• Experienced in IT Service Management.
• ITIL training, possibly Expert status.
• Understanding of how IT services fit in a customer’s business.
• Knowledge of SAP, MS Office and MS Teams.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strategic thinking with tactical execution.
• Knowledge of IT industry and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery of run and change services to meet customer commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage performance of internal and partner delivery teams.
• Demonstrate understanding of customer business and our value delivery.
• Develop and communicate delivery processes and governance across the contract.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation to protect service quality.
• Lead change for customers and coordinate across groups.
• Support account strategy and present as a joined-up team to the customer.
• Assist with contract changes, schedules, and cost management.
