Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead and govern the delivery of service and change for major accounts. You will manage a team, drive performance, and ensure service levels and financial targets are met while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include delivery leadership, change delivery, contract and relationship management, with governance to align with customer and organisational goals. US work eligibility and ITIL background preferred.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experienced IT service management practitioner
• ITIL training (possibly Expert status)
• Knowledge of SAP, MS Office and MS Teams; understands how IT services align with a customer's business

Responsibilities

• Delivery Leadership Management: lead and manage delivery of run and change services to meet customer promises and organisational targets.
• Change Delivery Management: lead in-life service changes and complex transformations across customer accounts.
• Business Management: collaborate with senior delivery leaders to align account strategy and communications.
• Contract Management: support contract changes, costing and forecasting.
• Relationship Management: maintain strong interfaces with customer stakeholders and internal teams.
