Pareto - A Randstad company in the U.S. tech sector is seeking Junior Business Development Managers to grow its client base.

You will engage with prospects, travel to client sites, and use a consultative approach to articulate our value proposition. The role offers a clear progression path to AE, AM, Team Lead, and more, with a competitive base salary of $60k plus $15k-$20k on-target earnings, 401(k), PTO, and full tech stack provided.

Responsibilities

• Acquire knowledge of the company, market, competitors, and target clients.
• Plan territory effectively and determine when/which clients to visit.
• Regularly speak with prospects by phone and travel to client sites.
• Implement marketing and category initiatives across customer base.
• Monitor sales performance within assigned territory.
• Represent the company ethos at conferences and networking events.
