Job summary

Wipro is seeking a hands-on Tech Bar specialist in Atlanta to provide frontline support for walk-in users, troubleshoot devices, and assist with onboarding and imaging. You will manage asset records and ServiceNow tickets, ensuring SLA adherence while coordinating with resolver teams and field services as needed.

Ideal candidates will have experience supporting Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, VPN, printers, and mobile devices, with strong communication skills to explain issues clearly to end

Qualifications

• Hands-on walk-in Tech Bar support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and standard applications.
• Clear, professional communication with end users.
• Ability to prioritize walk-in requests and manage queue with SLA awareness.
• Experience with Windows 11, M365, Teams, VPN, printers, and mobile devices.
• Knowledge of incidents, service requests, and knowledge management using ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line Tech Bar support for walk-in users and troubleshoot issues.
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, peripherals, mobile devices, printers, and standard apps.
• Support onboarding, device setup, and software installation.
• Perform Windows 11 imaging and workstation provisioning.
• Maintain asset records and depot stock coordination.
• Create and manage ServiceNow tickets with clear notes, accurate categorization, and SLA adherence.
• Coordinate with resolver teams and field services as needed.
