Job summary

Wipro is seeking a Tech Bar/Desktop Support specialist to provide front-line walk-in assistance, troubleshoot laptops/desktops/printers, and assist with onboarding and device provisioning in a corporate Indianapolis environment.

The role requires hands-on hardware handling, knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365, and strong customer-facing communication. Security and SLA adherence are essential, with full-time onsite duties across local office locations.

Qualifications

Experience delivering desktop-only and walk-in IT support to end users.
Ability to document incidents and requests clearly according to established procedures.
Knowledge of security and privacy requirements in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

Provide frontline Tech Bar support for walk-in users including intake, troubleshooting, resolution, and escalation as needed.
Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, peripherals, mobile devices, printers, and standard business applications.
Assist with onboarding, device setup, software installation, and basic hardware replacements.
Perform Windows 11 imaging and workstation provisioning.
Maintain asset records and manage stock coordination.
Create and manage ServiceNow tickets with accurate categorization and follow-ups.
