Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in credit or lending in corporate banking.
• Experience with leveraged lending and technology sector clients.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/Finance preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate loan structures aligning client needs with risk appetite.
• Underwrite and manage a diversified tech-sector loan portfolio.
• Signs off on new, renewal and extension loans within authority.
• Monitor portfolio covenant compliance and risk factors.
• Lead complex proposals and present to win new business.
• Develop meaningful portfolio insights through financial analysis.
