Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in credit or lending for corporate banking.
- Experience with leveraged lending and lending to technology companies.
- Credit knowledge and qualification standards as applicable.
Responsibilities
- Negotiates loan structures and terms aligned with client needs and risk appetite.
- Underwrites and manages a diversified technology-sector loan portfolio.
- Sign-offs on new, renewal and extension loans within delegated authority.
- Conducts portfolio monitoring, covenant compliance, and risk assessment.
- Develops portfolio insights and recommendations to optimize returns.
- Engages with clients and leads complex proposal development.
