You will structure deals, monitor portfolio risk, and present recommendations to lenders and relationship managers.

The role requires strong financial analysis, deep credit risk knowledge, and the ability to negotiate terms that align with bank policies while delivering superior client service.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in credit or lending within corporate banking.
• Experience with leveraged lending and lending to technology companies.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
• Credit qualifications and knowledge according to portfolio requirements.
• Seasoned professional with education, experience and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and manage a diversified portfolio of technology-sector clients.
• Negotiate loan structures and terms aligned with risk policies.
• Signs off on new, renewal and extension loans within delegated authority.
• Lead portfolio monitoring and covenant compliance.
• Develop credit structures to meet transactional needs.
• Provide risk analysis and present to senior leaders.
