Job summary
OC Sports & Entertainment, LLC in Anaheim invites an IT Analyst to join our team to support desktop hardware, phone systems, printers, and mobile devices, ensuring smooth daily operations. The role covers Office 365/Teams/Exchange/SharePoint/Dynamics CRM, network troubleshooting, POS systems, AV setups, and user support.
A Bachelor's in CS or equivalent with 2+ years' experience and an A+ is preferred. This on-site role requires flexible hours and strong communication in a fast-paced
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- A+ certification preferred.
- 2+ years in IT desktop/support roles.
- Experience with Tanium or similar endpoint management.
- Experience with AD and Azure AD, and ServiceNow.
Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, and support desktop hardware and systems.
- Set up and support phone systems (analog, cloud, and IP).
- Configure, deploy, and support network printers.
- Provide support for Apple and Android devices.
- Assist with Office 365, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and Dynamics CRM.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Diagnose POS hardware and software issues.
- Assist with AV systems and conference room setup.
- Troubleshoot user issues involving desktop hardware, software, and mobile devices.
