Job summary

DevRev is building the first agentic platform that unifies customer support and software development on a shared knowledge graph. As a Tech Alliance Architect, you will identify joint use cases with partner platforms, design reference architectures, and evangelize the value to business and technical audiences.

You'll collaborate with the Tech Alliance program, GTM, and product teams to turn validated use cases into scalable partner motions, and serve as the technical heartbeat across

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, developer relations, or technical alliances - spanning cloud, data, or AI/agentic platforms.
• Strong techno-business acumen: ability to architect solutions and articulate GTM value.
• Hands-on depth with modern AI/cloud ecosystems (LLMs, agents, MCP, data platforms, cloud marketplaces).
• Proven ability to build technical assets from scratch: demos, reference architectures, integrations, enablement content.
• Comfort and credibility on stage at developer and partner events.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration across partner/internal engineering, product, and GTM teams.
• US-based, able to travel to partner and developer events.

Responsibilities

• Identify net-new joint use cases with partners where DevRev + partner unlock differentiated value.
• Design and build joint solutions, reference architectures, integrations, and technical proof points.
• Create reusable technical assets (demos, solution briefs, integration guides, white papers, workshops).
• Act as a technical evangelist at partner events, conferences, hackathons, and marketplace launches.
• Partner with Tech Alliance program, GTM, and product teams to turn validated use cases into repeatable partner motions.
• Serve as the trusted technical counterpart to partner solution architects and field engineers.
