Job summary

XPO is seeking dedicated Team Drivers for home weekly routes. The role requires teamwork, a valid Class A CDL, and the ability to work five days away from home. Expect competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and modern equipment across our network.

As a Team Driver you will run loads between XPO facilities, maintain safety, and comply with DOT rules while collaborating with dispatchers and team members to ensure efficient service.

Qualifications

• Be a member of an existing team. We are only recruiting existing teams, and both team members must apply to this position.
• Able to partner with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Have a valid Class A commercial driver’s license
• Have a working knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems
• Safe driving record and history
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical
• Available to work away from home in a five-day work week
• Possess hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements

Responsibilities

• Run loads between XPO facilities for pickup and drop off and work with fellow XPO employees
• Navigate various routes, maintain CMV safety, and ensure compliance with transportation regulations
• Operate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day work week away from home
• Operate the vehicle safely within DOT regulations
• Operate all internal freight transportation work tools and required systems
