Job summary

XPO is seeking a Dedicated Team Driver to operate on a home weekly schedule. You will drive with a partner, sharing duties across long-haul routes and coordinating with dispatch to optimize loads.

The role offers weekly pay, mileage pay, and hourly wait time pay, plus full health insurance on day one, PTO, and a 401k with company match. Typical 5 days on, 2 off, with no-touch in-house freight and modern equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be part of an existing team; both members must apply.
• Able to partner with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs.
• At least 21 years old.
• Have a valid Class A CDL.
• Have a DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company DOT physical.
• Willing to work away from home five days a week.
• Possess hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Run loads between XPO facilities and coordinate with teammates.
• Navigate routes, maintain CMV safety, and comply with regulations.
• Operate tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a 5-day week away from home.
• Operate the vehicle safely within DOT regulations.
• Use internal freight transportation tools and required systems.
