Job summary

XPO is seeking experienced Team Drivers for home weekly runs. You must be part of an existing team and pair with a partner in a sleeper tractor on extended routes.

Typical week is five days on, two off. Pay includes mileage at $0.487 per mile per driver and en route wait time at $35.42 per hour, plus benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Must be part of an existing team and both team members must apply.
• Able to work with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems.
• Safe driving record and history.
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Card or pass a company DOT physical.
• Available to work away from home in a five-day work week.
• Hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Run loads between XPO facilities for pickup and drop-off with fellow employees.
• Navigate routes, maintain CMV safety, and comply with regulations.
• Operate tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day week away from home.
• Operate the vehicle safely within DOT regulations.
• Operate all internal freight transportation tools and required systems.
