Job summary

XPO is seeking experienced Team Drivers to operate sleeper-tractor routes across extended runs. You will pair with another driver, work a typical five days on, two off schedule, and stay compliant with DOT regulations while moving freight between XPO facilities.

We offer weekly pay, mileage pay at 0.974 per mile (split between drivers), hourly wait pay, health insurance on day one, a 401(k) with company match, PTO and in-house freight with network shops and trucks.

Qualifications

• Team driving experience required.
• Ability to coordinate with dispatchers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Run loads between XPO facilities.
• Maintain CMV safety and DOT compliance.
• Operate tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a 5-day work week away from home.
• Operate the vehicle safely within DOT regulations.
• Use internal tools and systems for freight transportation.
