Job summary

XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Team Driver to operate in a sleeper tractor with an established partner on extended runs from XPO facilities across the network. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and on-time delivery.

You and your teammate will coordinate with dispatchers to optimize routes. Expect weekly pay, mileage and hourly components, and comprehensive benefits starting day one. The position requires a valid Class A license, a clean driving record, and the ability to work a five-day

Qualifications

• You must currently be part of an existing team and both team members must apply.
• Able to partner with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a valid Class A commercial driver’s license.
• Have a working knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems.
• Safe driving record and history.
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical.
• Available to work away from home in a five-day workweek.
• Possess hazmat, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Run loads between XPO facilities with a teammate and coordinate with fellow XPO employees.
• Navigate routes, maintain CMV safety, and ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
• Operate tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day week away from home.
• Operate the vehicle safely within DOT regulations.
• Use internal freight transportation tools and required systems.
• Team Drivers are required to lift objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Safely climb in/out of tractor cab/trailer and endure long periods in a truck cab.
