Job summary

XPO is seeking dedicated Team Drivers to join an existing team and operate in a sleeper tractor on extended runs, with home weekly. You must be part of a pair and hold a valid Class A CDL to apply.

Typical schedule is five days on, two off. Benefits include full health insurance on day one, weekly pay, PTO, and a 401(k) match. No-touch freight and nationwide support help you stay productive.

Qualifications

• Be a member of an existing team; both team members must apply.
• Have a valid Class A commercial driver's license.
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements.
• Able to partner with another driver in a sleeper tractor.
• Available to work away from home in a five-day work week.
• Safe driving record and history.

Responsibilities

• Run loads between XPO facilities for pickup and drop off.
• Navigate routes, maintain CMV safety, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Operate tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day work week away from home.
• Operate the vehicle safely within DOT regulations.
• Operate all internal freight transportation work tools and required systems.
