Job summary

XPO is seeking a Team Driver to join an established team for home weekly routes. You must partner with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs and be 21+ with a valid Class A CDL.

Expect weekly pay with mileage pay of $0.974 per mile (split $0.487 per driver) and $35.42 per hour for en route waiting. Benefits include health insurance from day one, PTO, and a 401(k) match.

Typical week is 5 days on, 2 off, with no-touch freight and a network designed to minimize delays.

Qualifications

• Must be part of an existing team and both drivers must apply to this position.
• Able to partner with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs.
• Be at least 21 years of age with a valid Class A CDL.
• Have a working knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems.
• Safe driving record and history; DOT Medical Certification Card or pass.
• Available to work away from home in a five-day work week.
• Endorsements: hazardous materials, tank vehicle, and doubles/triples.

Responsibilities

• Run loads between XPO facilities for pickup and drop-off with fellow team members.
• Navigate routes, maintain CMV safety, and comply with transportation regulations.
• Operate tractor-trailer combinations over long distances during a typical 5-day week away from home.
• Operate safely within DOT regulations and use required systems and tools.
