XPO Logistics, Inc. is hiring a Team Driver to operate in a sleeper-tractor setup, partnering with another driver on long-haul routes. You must be at least 21, hold a valid Class A CDL, and meet safety standards.

The role requires five days per week away from home and possible hazardous endorsements. Expect strong teamwork and coordination with dispatchers and teammates. Compensation includes weekly pay, mileage and hourly components, and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Must be part of an existing team and both members must apply.
• Valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card.
• Willingness to work five days a week away from home.
• Hazardous materials/tank endorsements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run loads between XPO facilities and coordinate with team members.
• Navigate routes and maintain CMV safety to comply with regulations.
• Operate tractor-trailer combinations over long distances during a 5‑day work week.
• Perform duties with safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
